I am sure that I’m not the only one out there that has gone thru this but scenario. A user has application performance issues. Initial consensus is to do what? You guessed it, buy new server hardware for the database to fix the problem. After migrating to the new hardware guess what? You guessed it again, the application issues still persist. In some cases, not as bad but still there to the point that it’s noticeable by the end users
